Seating: 60 chairs available

Rigging:
Renters interested in using “hang points” at Open Flight Studio must do the following: obtain permission from Open Flight Studio and provide a copy of liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000.00 or more naming Open Flight LLC and Morris Piha Real Estate Services, Inc. as an “Additional Insured”. A copy of the insurance certificate must be filed with Open Flight Studio before rigging is used.

Parking:
Two parking spaces (one parking lane) in the alley behind the studio are available to renters during each rental period.

Rental Information:
Rates: $10 per hour for rehearsals / $15 per hour for classes
Performances and special event rentals are handled individually - please e-mail us for more information
